Sometimes when we are challenged regarding our ethical or moral responses to Jesus, we can forget the foundational grace He has supplied. Answering the question “You are?” from such grace laden passages as Exodus 19:3-6 and 1 Peter 2:9-10, is an essential if we are going to embrace Jesus’ challenges to our sometimes less than stellar responses to His calling upon each of us.
