Joy is one of the things we remember during Advent. Isaiah 35 offers Joy when Messiah comes in both judgement and salvation. Jesus points to this chapter when some asked if He was the one they hoped for, or if they were to wait for another. But just like Hope and Peace, Joy has aspects that we enjoy now as well as wait for when Jesus returns. And just like Hope and Peace, we find the wellspring of Joy that does not disappoint only in Jesus.
