2 Kings 5:1-14 tells the story of Naaman, an Aramean army commander who gets healed of an incurable skin condition by Elisha. an Israelite prophet. This message shows how the things we might naturally try to bring to influence God to meet our needs are valueless to Him as He wants to meet our ultumate needs by His grace through Faith. In the end it is not Naaman or arguably even Elisha who is most important in the account. Rather it is the nameless and honourless speakers who really point the way for Naaman.
