Connect Groups
Whyalla Baptist Church has a number of connect groups aimed at servicing the needs of our local community and our church through:
- supporting each other as Christians through weekly prayer and fellowship
- helping each other to understand God and grow into a deeper relationship with Him
- understanding and becoming active in our wider church ministries
- having an ear for our local community and global issues to understand what we should be doing about them
Our connect groups cover a cross section of age groups. They are each held in a host household where groups of between 4 and 14 meet weekly (usually a weeknight or weekday) and run between 1 – 2 hours.
